• Calls to and from any other NYBP customer worldwide

For International calls, we invite you to subscribe to one of two international plans:

Unlimited Extension—Enjoy our most popular extension service for providing unlimited calling to the US, Canada, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, France, Ireland, Italy, Spain, and the United Kingdom. Calls to mobile phones, premium, special, and information service numbers are not included in the unlimited international destinations.

Global Extension—Unlimited Global Extension is just like our Unlimited Extension with the additional benefit of unlimited calls to select international locations. Calls to mobile phones, premium, special, and information service numbers are not included in the Global international destinations. Select international locations included are:

Europe: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Moscow-Central, Moscow-Suburb, St. Petersburg, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom

Asia: Australia, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, South Korea, Taiwan, China, Hong Kong, and Singapore

Latin America: Chile, Sao Paulo, Caracas, Mexico City, Monterrey and Guadalajara

Middle East: Israel

US territories: Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, and Guam
