Virtual Office Pro users have access to NYBP’s state-of-the-art online meeting service, for flexible web conferencing. You can start an audio, web, and video meeting, invite co-workers or clients to a meeting, enable recording, share desktop content, and much more!

• Up to 15 participants per meeting (extra charge for over 15 participants)
• Share your desktop, or take control of someone else's desktop
• Choose a free US local meeting dial-in number
• Accessible through your Virtual Office Online dashboard
• Up to 35 hours of audio recording (1 GB) shared with call recording storage space

Online Meeting Limitations

• If you exceed your 1 GB audio storage limit, we will still continue to record your meetings so you don't miss a thing (additional storage charges may apply).
• Additional local, international, or toll-free dial-in numbers are available at an extra charge.
• 8x8 Virtual Meeting with Pro is a per-user online meeting service intended for the use of a single Virtual Office Pro extension user. If you are interested in sharing the same Virtual Meeting license across your company, you can purchase the stand-alone version of 8x8 Virtual Meeting.
